Decoding Strategies Manual

The name "Reverse Listening Cards" indicates a reversal from dictation to reading. These cards provide a test of a student's ability to read and decode at incremental levels. The cards also provide guided reading and writing activities, help develop independent work and provide word banks for dictation.
